Information used to operate the service

SessionBuddie sends transactional emails for account recovery, appointment scheduling changes, reminders, session access, and service operations. These messages are sent only in response to product activity or account-related events, not purchased lists or marketing campaigns.
Security and retention posture
Operational access is limited to the systems and people needed to run the service. Diagnostic evidence should be redacted before it is stored in reports, support tickets, or engineering notes.
